About the role

Our client is a company active in the financial sector. We are looking for a candidate to take charge of communication and marketing activities, and to assist the office manager with some administrative tasks.

As we're a small company, we're counting on your versatility and willingness to take part in a variety of tasks.

This is a temporary position, initially for 6 months, but which could lead to a permanent contract. So don't miss this opportunity!

Work tasks

  • Updating existing templates and creating new ones on demand
  • Conception and implementation of ads, greetings cards, various marketing elements (e.g. one-pagers, cards, books, etc.)
  • Creating new business cards based on the previous model, and coordinating with printer
  • Creation of customised images / icons / graphic elements
  • Taking newcomers’ pictures for the website (+ picture enhancment)
  • Responsible for publishing new articles on the website, LinkedIn and intranet
  • Responsible for coordination with the website developers for maintenance of the intenet site
  • Implementation of client and prospects presentations ; and creation of various documents, custom slides, tables and charts
  • Creation of templates on the DocuSign platform for various mandates and customer welcome documents
  • Onboarding process for newcomers
  • Ancillary tasks that can be carried out as a back-up to the Office Manager: customer reception, travel arrangements, processing of expense claims, organization of appointments, etc.

We are looking for

  • Graduate in the world of communications and marketing
  • Good knowledge of copywriting, editing, effective use of images, charts, graphs, illustration,...)
  • Graphic Design Skills
  • Avanced proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Entry-level HTML and CSS knowledge
