About the role

Our client, a leading player in the technology and innovation sector, is looking for a Software Quality Control Specialist to support their development teams. This is a full-time position aimed at ensuring the highest standards of software performance and reliability.

This role involves ensuring the quality of software solutions developed within our client's Research & Innovation department. You will be instrumental in the final stages of the development process, rigorously testing parameters before deployment and coordinating testing efforts to ensure flawless product delivery.

Work tasks

• Ensure that software development teams apply the Testing Methodology (SOP)
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality at every stage of the development process
• Continuously test solutions to detect defects as early as possible
• Define test plans, design test cases, execute, and create test reports
• Report bugs according to guidelines and ensure the defect tracking system is always updated
• Automate test cases and maintain test automation suite
• Monitor automation results regularly and diagnose failures

We are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in Test Automation (Java, Playwright, or Selenium), manual testing & Git or microservices
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Logical and precise with strong analytical skills, a self-starter who is highly organized, and able to collaborate effectively across functions.
