About the role
Our client, an international investment bank, is seeking a dedicated KYC/AML Officer to join their expanding Account Opening team.
You will be joining a small team where you will be trained on their processes before autonomously handling client onboarding and ongoing compliance. You will manage new client accounts, conduct regulatory reviews, and handle various administrative and contractual duties for a diverse international client base within a dynamic banking environment.
Work tasks
- Opening new retail and institutional clients
- Performing periodic regulatory reviews
- Writing contracts and setting up relationships for External Asset Managers and other partners
- Dealing with account management tasks such as commission templates and power of attorney agreements
- Office management related to making and receiving orders for the whole office (stationery, water, coffee and tea etc.)
- Collecting and processing incoming mail from prospective clients and scanning documentation
We are looking for
- You finished your studies in banking, management or any related field
- You have a first experience with KYC/AML processes
- Your are fluent in both English and German (required for compliance support)
- You are at ease with usual IT tools (Microsoft Office)
