Student mission : Helpdesk level 1 - 20%

About the role

Our client is an NGO active in the public health sector. We are looking for a student, able to work part-time (20%) to support the 28 employees as a Helpdesk level 1. You will be supported by other IT professionals, who are currently employed in Senegal and India. You will work in a multicultural, collaborative and dynamic environment. Your manager will be along with you in your first steps. We are looking for a person who will be able to find solutions and propose alternatives when the problem identified is without a direct solution

Work tasks

• Helping new users to settle in
• Be the main point of contact for Swiss, Belgian and English employees for all IT related questions (level 1)
• Be responsible for the exchanges with the suppliers in case of problem
• Install software and participate in updates (in collaboration with India and Senegal)
• Solve badge access problems
• Manage the stock of computer equipment

We are looking for

• Be currently studying in computer science
• Have 20% of your time to work in parallel with your studies (we adapt to your class schedule)
• Be available for a minimum of 6 months minimum
• Knowledge in a Windows environment
• Knowledge of Tableau, a real plus
• Ability to work independently, to listen and to be able to adapt to all types of users (beginners to experienced)
