Marketing Promotions Assistant

About the role

Our client seeks a Marketing Promotions Assistant to join a small, dedicated team. This role involves supporting the operational execution of marketing campaigns for major sponsoring partners. You will work closely with an external agency and various internal stakeholders to deliver impactful promotional materials for major global events and initiatives. This is where the action is! You'll be in charge of the operational follow-up for our promotional campaigns, from A to Z: from planning and content creation to performance tracking and coordinating with the different teams. Your role will be key in supporting the marketing for our major global initiatives and flagship events.

Work tasks

• Operational tracking of promotional campaigns created by the team and the agency
• Support in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns
• Manage content creation via agencies for various marketing channels
• Liaise with internal teams, member associations, and external partners
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
• Coordinate the planning, organization, and promotion of events and activations

We are looking for

• First professional experience in an agency related to content production (video, print, digital)
• Change oriented, supportive and goal oriented
• Demonstrated interest in sports
• Advanced knowledge of English
