About the role
Reporting directly to the COO, you will support both Compliance and Operations activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in a challenging and stimulating environment.
Work tasks
- Support the Compliance department with onboarding of new clients and monitoring of existing ones
- Provide regular updates to the COO and Relationship Managers (RMs)
- Maintain and reconcile the CRM system, monitor alerts related to cash transactions and asset concentrations, and liaise with RMs to obtain any additional information
- Attend quarterly Compliance Group meetings in Geneva with the COO for risk reviews
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of the annual regulatory audit
- Communicate effectively and professionally with intermediaries, banks, tax authorities, accountants, and auditors
We are looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance or Business Administration (or equivalent)
- First professional experience in Compliance, Legal, Finance, or a related field (internships included) is an asset
- Appreciation and understanding of Swiss compliance regulations and legislation
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Ability to read and understand documents in both English and French
- Fluency in English and French, written and spoken (C1 minimum)
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, and accurate
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to different audiences
- Proactive, motivated, and solution-oriented
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
