About the role

Our client, a major international sports organisation, is looking for a Brand Assistant to join their Brand Management team. You will be supporting various branding projects across competitions and corporate communications.

You’ll collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams, coordinate brand updates, manage approvals and contribute to the creation of high-quality presentation. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in brand governance, project coordination and visual communication within a stimulating international environment.

This is a full-time 9-month assignment, with a start date in August 2025. It’s a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand management within a prestigious international sports organisation. You will join a friendly, collaborative team, enjoy a dynamic work environment with 2 days of remote work per week, and contribute to exciting projects with real impact and visibility.

Work tasks

  • Manage brand approval processes and advise teams on correct use of brand materials
  • Act as point of contact for brand inquiries and ensure consistency across all channels
  • Support the team with administrative tasks (agenda, meetings, minutes)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Create visually engaging presentations and invitations

We are looking for

  • Degree in marketing, communication, digital media or equivalent
  • Experience in brand management, marketing and working in an international environment
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus, not required)
  • Excellent skills in PowerPoint - strong eye for design and modern layouts
  • Attention to detail, creativity, strong communication skills and proactive mindset
