About the role
Our client, a well known bank is looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join their team! You will be responsible for providing support to end-users who experience IT-related issues and technical assistance
Work tasks
- Respond to incoming requests via phone, email or ticketing system
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and network issues
- Escalate complex issues
- Educate end-users on basic troubleshooting techniques and slef-help resources
- Document support activities, including issue resolution and troubleshooting steps, int he ticketing system
- Collaborate with other IT Teams
We are looking for
- IT Diploma
- First experience in a service desk or helpdesk position
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, MS Office suite and common software applications
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is desirable
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques
- Very good communication skills
- Problem solving and good analytical skills
Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
