ICT Product Owner

About the role

We are looking for a passionate technology facilitator to join the Medical & Anti-Doping department of a sports organisation. Your mission will be, first and foremost, human and connected: you will represent the essential bridge between engineering teams, external providers, and the medical department.

On a daily basis, you will translate the needs of the medical department into seamless digital solutions. You possess a genuine curiosity or interest in sports medicine, physiology, human anatomy, or anti-doping regulations. On-site during major tournaments, you will support the teams to ensure that technological tools are perfectly mastered and fully functional when the pressure is on.

You will work in a multicultural environment and play a direct role in supporting the health and safety of elite athletes.

Work tasks

This role balances product delivery (40%), stakeholder relationship management (30%), and operational field support during events (30%).

• Translate medical staff requirements into clear User Stories for development teams
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap using Jira or Azure DevOps
• Coordinate functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality
• Provide live on-site troubleshooting and operational support during major events
• Animate workshops and create onboarding guides to train medical users on digital tools
• Liaise with external IT suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards and deadlines
• Oversee data modeling and visualization to support medical and anti-doping insights

We are looking for

• Advanced knowledge of product management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Good understanding of API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) and cloud environments
• Experience in data modeling, analytics, and data visualization
• Proven experience in managing B2B product development and application maintenance
• Fluency in English
• Interest in medicine or anatomy
