Our client is an NGO based in Geneva and active in the medical sector.

Following a migration and in order to bring their internal communication to the next level, they are looking for their next Digital Communication Officer to work within the internal communication team, with a focus on the intranet.

Evaluate the current status of the intranet and identify development opportunities for more efficient internal communication and knowledge sharing
Monitor KPIs and produce reporting
Develop a strategy to engage users and track their engagement
Identify needs for training and guidance
Develop and implement an editorial calendar

We are looking for

Diploma in Communication, marketing or deemed equivalent
At least 2 years of experience working with digital communication tools & users engagement
Fluent in English (oral and written); French is an asset
Previous experience with intranets is a strong asset !
