About the role

For our client, a bank based in Geneva, we are looking for a Front Office Support in order to strenghten their growing team. You will have the opportunity to join an international environment with a diverse and talented group of people. It's dynamic, fast moving and always exciting! Work tasks

    • Efficiently handle customers‘ inquiries such as part requests, onboarding process, customer needs, trading platform issues, IT issues and any complaints, as well as to carry out customer follow-up
  • Professionally answer incoming/outgoing calls and emails, understand the customers’ needs and their environment to improve satisfaction at service support levels
  • Accurately and timely process requests in CRM databases and internal tools
  • Work closely with other teams such as Sales, Compliance and Central File

We are looking for

  • CFC (Swiss Federal Certificate of Proficiency) in Banking or any equivalent classical or university education
  • A first experience in the banking sector in Switzerland / in the sale of financial services in Switzerland is mandatory (CFC experience accepted)
  • Languages: French (mother tongue), English (fluent, level C1), a third language would be an asset (German, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin or Arabic)
  • Excellent customer service skills, service oriented, client oriented and networked
  • Strong interest in trading and stock markets
  • Ability to recognize risks and assess them in terms of urgency
  • Personality: empathetic, resilient, flexible, dynamic and stress resistant
  • Swiss-residency or willing to relocate immediately

Client information

Working hours are organised in shifts:

  • 8h15-17h45
  • 9h30-18h45
  • once a week: 13h00-22h15

Saturday (once every 6 weeks) : 9h00 à 18h00
