Job description
For our client, a private bank based in Geneva, we are looking for a Portefolio Manager Junior. You will be in charge of the activities from account opening to KYC or AML check, going trough talking directly to clients. This is a great opportunity to develop your career in an international company and to acquire strong skills ! You will join an international and dynamic team dedicated to assisting RM and Account Managers for off-shore activities.
Your soft skills will be very important as they are looking for someone proactive and able to manage stress!
Job duties
- Opening and closing of accounts
- Assisting Relationship Managers in day to day tasks
- Ensure a customer relation for meetings and various trades topics
- Supporting off-shore colleagues in the operation of their shared Swiss client portfolio
- In charge of administrative tasks for the team(s)
- Compliance control

Job requirements
- Bachelor degree or Master degree in finance/business/economics
- A first experience (internship OK) in a financial/analytical position (RM assistant, Control and Audit, acccountant, or equivalent...)
- Real interest for international and financial environment
- Fluent in English (minimum C1)
- Skills in French, Chinese (Mandarin), Arabic, a big asset
- Capacity to deliver high quality client service and to communicate with clients
- Proactive and curious
- Ability to cope with stress
