Job description

Our client is private bank in Geneva and they are looking for a student to help their accounting team in their daily tasks. You will have the opportunity to assist the head of finance and will be trained to perform these tasks.

Job duties

Assist in the monthly accounts’ closing process
Perform analysis and reconciliation of accounts’ balances
Assist with the preparation of regulatory reports
Booking of accounting journals
Assist in the preparation of tax returns
Assist in the automation of accounting processes and reporting

Job requirements

Being student in a Master's degree in finance/accounting as HEC, HEG...
Having excellent knowledge of the fundamentals of accounting
Having an excellent level with Excel (Vlookup, Pivot tables and SUMIF's Formulae...)
Knowledge of database management as SQL is an asset
Good level of written English
