About the role

Our client is an international organisation active in setting international standards in the field of energy and new technologies. In order to strengthen the existing team, they are looking for an administrative assistant to support teams working with governance matters/projects and to enable a smooth operating of the Department . It’s the opportunity to join an International Organisation in a position with very varied tasks. You will join a dynamic team willing to support your skills development. In addition, they offer flexible-working and other advantages !

Tasks

  1. Prepare meetings:
  • Organise the meeting by handling agendas
  • Prepare the relevant material and make sure it has been made available to all participants (Agenda, relevant documents, etc)
  • Draft talking points and, if necessary, presentation
  • Take minutes and keep archives up to date
  1. Conduct thematic research to facilitate governance activities
  • Summary from relevant sources
  • Extract statistics
  • Prepare drafts of reports
  1. Act as a coordinator between different stakeholder taking parts in governance projects / activities
  • Facilitate Collaboration
  • Track progess
  • Be the main point of contact for inquiries related to ongoing governance projects

We are looking for

  • Experience as an Executive Asistant, you have also participated/facilitated projects
  • Experience within an international organisation is a big plus
  • English: Fluent; French, Arabic or Russian: an asset
  • Capacity to apprehend an organisation in its globality – 360° vision
